GUIDELINES
We cannot change anyone. We can only change ourselves.
“A Path Towards Pease, Happiness, and Career Success.”
TEAMIX GUIDELINES
Core Truth:
“We cannot change anyone. We can only change ourselves.”
Peace, happiness, and success do not come from changing others. They come when we master the one person we were created to control — ourselves.
Guiding Principles for the Struggling 2%
- Hold your words in anger → Never correct in the heat of the moment. Wait until calm.
- Be present in bad times → People need you most in weakness, not only in success.
- Listen more, speak less → Listening builds trust. Silence prevents regret.
- Tolerate and give space → Don’t suffocate others with constant correction. Space allows growth.
- Choose humility over ego → Saying “I may be wrong” keeps the heart open.
- Be gentle with yourself → Forgive mistakes; progress is built on small steps.
- Serve others quietly → Use your strength or talent to help without seeking recognition.
- Stay connected to God → Prayer and reflection lighten burdens.
- Remember the 5% Rule → Life is 5% what happens, 95% how you react. Choose patience.
- Control your tongue → Words can heal or destroy; think before you speak.
- Do one good habit daily → Small, consistent actions build a new self.
- Avoid comparisons → Focus on your own journey.
- Pause before decisions → Impulsive choices feed the bad self; pause invites wisdom.
Step-by-Step Guidelines

- Walk 20–30 minutes.
- 10 minutes in sunlight/air.

Closing Thought — The Master Key
“ I am responsible for everything that has happened to me in the past, and everything that will happen to me in the future.”
This is the highest stage of growth. At first, it may feel heavy or impossible. But with patience, small habits, humility, and service, you slowly gain the strength to accept it. Once embraced, Radical Responsibility becomes freedom: no excuses, no blame, only power to shape your future.
For the struggling 2%, this principle is not optional. It is a milestone that must be reached, the foundation stone and true beginning of a new, stronger, and purposeful life.
